When You Have Us Clean Your Carpet, we'll do this:

 

An exact price quote: prior to any cleaning our qualified technician will measure the areas you wish to have cleaned, then provide you with a written cost of exactly how much the job will cost. This is done by inspecting the carpets prior to booking any work. All of our prices are up front and do not change come cleaning day.

A Pre Inspection : To evaluate carpet areas to be cleaned, identify spots, stains or other problems, such as installation errors. What can be done to rectify existing problems or any additional cost. The fiber type is also determined, with a quick test.

Pre Vacuuming : This is done by us, to ensure as much dry soil as possible is removed prior to our thorough hot water extraction process.

Pre Spray : Based upon the fiber type, a specific non residual, detergent is applied to the carpet, this helps to break up the soils and bring them to the surface of the carpet. The detergent that I use is also very effective on most spots and stains.

Odor Counteractant : This is an actual deodorizer, (not just a cheap fragrance), that works on most common odors found in carpets. Some problematic malodors such as urine may require specialized treatment though.

Hot Water Extraction : Thorough, hot water rinsing and thorough extraction is done to remove all of the bacteria, fungus, chemicals, pollens, dirt, and residues from your carpet. Extra attention to extraction is given to promote fast drying of the carpet.

Free Spot Cleaning : That's right free spotting for the remaining spots that may not have responded to normal cleaning procedures. Note: some stains may require special treatments and extra charges.

3M Scotchgard: Protectants help prevent spills and soil from penetrating and possibly permanently staining your carpet and fabrics. Most clients have it applied to ensure long carpet life and minimal wear however, application is optional and an additional charge.

Grooming : This helps the 3M penetrate deeper into the carpet for base to tip protection, as well as setting the pile of the carpet for appearance and faster drying.

Post Inspection : After the cleaning is done, the client is made aware of any flaws, installation defects, stains that may not have responded to treatment, conditions of wear, and a solution to minimize or correct these problems is provided.
